At STND Apparel, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Each item is produced with care through our trusted printing and fulfillment partners. Because many of our products are made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our production partners.
Made-to-Order Products
Most STND Apparel products are printed or embroidered specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this production process, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product sizing and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include the following:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partners to send a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Final Sale Items
Some products may be marked Final Sale, including:
• Clearance items
• Limited edition releases
• Personalized or custom gear
These items are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production.
Once an item has entered printing or embroidery production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
